First Time Ever!

Tonight is Metallica's first ever show in China! A very special privlage indeed. The hot and humid weather increases with Shanghai, but at least we are inside the arena for the show today. Pix are up from set-up.

Doors open at 6:30 to let the fans into the Mercedes-Benz Arena. There is no opening band tonight, and there sure sre a lot of cameras around. Looks like these shows are being filmed!

China has been waiting a long time for Metallica to play their country, and today that dream has come true. The very energetic Shanghai crowd gave a loud welcome to the band when they hit the stage with the opening song of Hit The Lights! Then it was onto Bellz, Fuel, Harvester, and now Sanitarium is playing. BBS is next!
