An unpublished judicial case has called the attention in Sweden, place in where was a legal dispute, since to a girl they had put to him like first name “Metallica”. One cuts Swedish finishes sentencing that the minor of 7 months been born in Kungälv, can have the name of Metallica, according to consists in newspaper GP. The parents of the minor wanted to put that name to him to the girl, since it was the combination of his respective names. Since at first they had doubts respect if they could call thus to his daughter, they consulted in a pair of occasions tributary state agency - Skatteverket- to know how if this to number acceptable era legalmenet. In a beginning the Skatteverket indicated that there were no problems in using that name, due that already existed a called girl “Metallica” in Sweden. Nevertheless, soon after the agency objected the name, since they argued that he was unsuitable, since rock was the name of a famous band of hard, in addition to the fact that the name was very near the word “metal”. The parents alleged to this resolution and took the case to the cut, place where does few hours gave the approval so that her small daughter happens to be called “Metallica from now on”.
