The site of Get Thrashed, the documentary elaborated one that relates the roots of the Thrash movement Metal of princicpio of the '80, has published a video with a small interview to Kirk Hammett. In the conversation, Hammett remembers the moved scene of clubs of the Bay Area, in addition to the first time that was with Lars Ulrich and James Hetfield. It is possible to recorder that “Get Thrashed: The Story of Thrash Metal”, made its debut in the version 2006 of the “Raindance Film Festival”, of London, the past 3 of October and has had very good critics due to the great amount of visual testimony and file of which it was the metalero movement during the' 80. In addition to Metallica, in it films are tens of other interviews with members of bands and important personages of that time like Slayer, Anthrax, Exodus, Godsmack, Hatebreed, Megadeth, Testament, Overkill, Death Angel, Meshuggah, In Flames, Strapping Young Lad, Lamb of God, Voivod, Grave, Brian Slagel, Jon & Marsha Zazula, between so many others.
