At their recent show in SF, megadeth played a song that lars requested them to play, he was in the audience along with robb flynn from machine head. Megadave also hints that there might be coming a big 4 US tour. Check out the video (the lars/big 4 part comes somewhere after 3:00):

Who knows, maybe they would....it seems they really have agood relationship now and left behind the past. it's interesting though. cause usually megadeth doesn't play that song live, it's pretty rare.
