| Pre-sale Information for North American Shows |

The time is here!! The guys will finally be storming through North America and of course we want the Clubbers to get the best tickets. Without any bells and whistles, the details are:
1. The pre-sale for ALL North American shows starts at 10:00 AM in the city the show is taking place in (what we call around here "local time") on Saturday, August 30.
2. To access the pre-sale, you must have the personal ticket code that we have provided you on your profile page. Go get it now and write it down somewhere safe so you are ready for Saturday. YOUR CODE IS FOR YOUR USE AND ONLY YOUR USE. YOU MAY NOT SELL IT OR TRANSFER TO ANYONE IN ANY WAY. Btw, our friends at Ticketmaster tell us that the most common problem that fans have when purchasing tickets is trying to cut and paste it into the password section. We suggest you type it in one character at a time. The code is CaSe SenSiTive!
3. There is a four ticket limit per member, per show. You may buy tickets for as many shows as you like using the same code, but no more than four per show.
4. All tickets will be Will Call. That means that the person whose name is on the order must be the person to pick up the tickets at the box office on the night of the show. You will be asked for photo identification and you and whoever is in your group must immediately enter the venue after you pick up your tickets.
5. When it is time for the pre-sale in the city of your choice, go to http://www.ticketmaster.com/Metallica-ti...omeA_b_10001_2. Ticketmaster will be handling all the pre-sale EXCEPT the following cities: Houston, Des Moines, Portland, Philadelphia, and Tulsa. If you want to buy tickets to one of these shows, you must log into Met Club and go to the tour page to click through to a private sale.
6. The Metallica Club pre-sale ends Tuesday, September 2 at 10:00 PM local time.
7. If you joined Mission Metallica using the code that you obtained as a Metallica Club member, you will NOT receive another personal ticket code through Mission Metallica. They will also be having a pre-sale that starts a few days after the Met Club sale does.
8. The good news - with every ticket that you purchase, you will receive a free download of the show that you went to from livemetallica.com!!!
9: Even more good news - ticket prices have not changed in FOUR years! Yep - it's 2004 again and floor tickets will be $75 and reserved will be $55. Of course there will be additional building fees, ticketing fees, etc., but you get the idea. The stage will be "in the round"!
