Bernd, yesterday i was at the Soulfly's show in Barcelona. It was awesome. They played a little jam of Creeping Death, total crazy.

my sister and i went to the sepultura show at the hafen in innsbruck yesterday and it was quite enjoyable as nearly every good metal show at the hafen...was also great to meet christoph there see you again next week in wörgl for soulfly, mate!!

opening act was an austrian band called "the sorrow"....according to their dialect the sounded to be some guys from xiberg (for non tyroleans, this means Vorarlberger )...they weren't too bad and some songs sounded really cool...although you can say that they sounded like some kind of austrian bullet for my valentine...i would say they sounded better than bullet...hehehe

the sepultura set was really good although hearing the songs from the new album didn't excite me that much...maybe some of you know that you could vote on sepultura's homepage for 3 songs the should play at the european leg...this means yould vote for 3 songs from their albums...i was hoping in innsbruck would play the 3 song medley from chaos a.d. (Amen + Manifest + Nomad), but unfortunately most fans voted for Schizo/Beneath: Septic Schizo/Escape + Innerself (full) + Mass Hypnosis...although it was great to hear innerself live

of course the played also their alltime classics territory, refuse/resist and roots...but i have to say i prefer these songs played by soulfly, because they sound a lot better when max is singing them!!

so, am looking forward to hear them by soulfly next week!!

PS: i filmed the whole showout of the pit (about 15 metres from the stage)!!

the beginning of the show didn't turn out so good because the venue is very small and it was hard to find a good place to film without being seen...so, the first 20 minutes i had to film without watching the display and there is 90% filming a ventilator on the ceiling of the venue...sorry, guys!! but then i decided, f*** when i'm here filming i want good quality too and filmed the rest of the show using the display (about 15 metres from the stage).

i had a quick look on the recoring today and except the first 20 minutes it turned out to be quite nice and enjoyable, i would say...i think it's better than my video from sepultura in Wörgl 2007!!

i know, andi ...maybe you have seen that i have made some metallica shows from autumn on (berlin, london, st. petersburg, ...) and there are still first 3 metallica shows to do for me...sorry

i'm still waiting for another source from maiden in prague and i hope i can start with the mix in march/april.

...and then there is also my jonschwil recording from metallica to do...i wish i had more time for all these projects!!
