next week we should know more from the salzburg gig! it's not confirmed now because there are troubles with the stage, mybe too small! i know this from my work! |
OMG, I hope so much that this is true!! btw, where do you work, is this source reliable????
(At least definately more reliable than those BS-news that the album will be released on 18th March in Spain
).
@Frequency: It's sold out almost every year with almost 50000 people, of whom prolly 49990 were fans of die Ärzte who booed Nine Inch Nails last year!

Who gives a shit about Frequency. There won't be many people at Frequency. |
you are sooo right, jörg..i was there in 2003 it there was just one great band - METALLICA...all those shitty bands before were awful!!!!
...but i don't think that the four horsemen will play in salzburg..unfortunately
Posted by Highwayman on 20.02.2008 at18:37:
Is the fact that no gig was announced this Tuesday at the press conference (where bands for Frequency, Nova Rock and Nuke were announced) a BAD SIGN for a gig in Salzburg????? Are there any chances left or is it already (almost) impossible?
Posted by metalandi on 22.02.2008 at17:00:
Okay Folks, Salzburg is definitely a fake date. I mailed Ewald Tatar (promotor of novamusic & all major concerts in austria) and he clarified that there will for sure be NO metallica concert in Salzburg.

Thanx for the info Andi. Well, don't know how told it to Gumpi. Sad thing anyway
Posted by gumpi on 23.02.2008 at08:33:
we'll see, i know only that there are problems with the stage!
two big austrian banks will be sponsors if metallica plays in salzburg!
i'll post here when i know more!

EDIT: Holy Shit, I've just noticed it's very near the austrian border, this might become a real challenge: scratching money for this!!

www.ticketcorner.com.
So i think it's pretty sure!
Posted by Livestrong on 04.03.2008 at22:00:
Awesome! Will you be there Andi?
Posted by metalandi on 04.03.2008 at22:15:
Don't think so, bernd. I got not enough money left i'm afraid, and switzerland is also not too near. Bologna, Prague and Chorzow will be the only ones for me this year, i think!
