  Rolling LARS

In the last number of the Rolling magazine Stone - of United States, Lars Ulrich commented new and interesting data of the new disc of studies that the band will begin to record to count of March, next to Rick Rub in. Within the important passages of the note, Lars indicated that so far, all “working titles” of the new songs (temporary name of the subjects, while they work in form of demo) was titled through the cities in which riffs and jams were created, during tour 2003/2004. Ulrich did not indicate that not yet there is name for the disc, nor dates either estimativa of launching, but he commented that it would be “east year”. He explained himself that Rick Rubin wants that the band knows the 14 songs very well, so that they can the other way around touch them and to the right, while they sleep, before beginning to record them. On the matter, the batero indicated that that form to work, was something that never had done before. Lars also affirmed that Rubin has defied to touch them in different tones and refinings, particularly in “and” and not “Eb”, since they had done lately. The producer would have indicated that the voice of James sounds better when they touch in “E”. Finally, Ulrich emphasized that Rubin has made clear that she wishes to give and to do what does to Metallica, Metallica, but without going backwards.
