  Just passed my penal law exam!!!

I've just passed my fucking important and difficult penal law exam (Diplomprüfung Strafrecht, mündlich). Only with a 4, but so fucking what!!! It's still a huge success to pass the most difficult (together with civil law) exam (the exercise, the written and the oral exam) of the whole studies at the very first attempt, the +-4 months of studying were worth it!!
Roman law is left, then my first Studienabschnitt is done and I can go to Prague as a free student (more or less haha).

See you in Prague (at least some of you haha) and greetz from beautiful and sunny Innsbruck!!!!

but the most heavy storms miss Tyrol most of the time and hit poor OÖ, NÖ, St, Sbg, Ktn!

I've recently had to work a few hours with my Freiwillige Feuerwehr (in Sipbachzell, Upper Austria, not in Innsbruck haha) because of Emma, that stupid bitch of a storm (although it did cause a little damage in Tyrol unfortunately)! ;D

Tomorrow I'll have my fucking annoying and "zache" Ancient Roman Law exam (it's oral), I don't even know what time, they'll announce it today.
In the past 2 months I've studied very hard and have given my best, so hopefully I'll be rewarded for this (chances are maybe 50-50, results of oral exams always depend on luck ) with a grade from 1 to 4, which would be the end of the first part of the studies (which is extremely difficult here in Innsbruck, it's said to be much less difficult in the other 4 Austrian Unis).


So wish me luck guys, I'll need it!!!

btw, what really annoys me: yesterday I let my hair getting cut (it's not a good idea to show up for an oral exam when your wavey/curly hair is already ~12cm long and extremely "zottelig"), and that stupid barber cut about 5cm instead of the 1-2 cm I "ordered"!! Now my hair is almost "Bundesheerkurz"!!

Only with a 4 (to all non-Austrians: it's the closest to failing, which is 5 here), but SO FUCKING WHAT!!!!!!
It feels so fucking good, I've already drank my third beer (at 10:30 in the morning hahaha), Metallica and tons of other great bands are waiting for me in Prague, Rock im Park.... And there's a certain football competition where 3 matches are played in my town!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so glad I get rewarded for the studying like a madman that I did in the past 6-7 months for penal law and roman law!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
